Lake Garda Weddings is a British company, owned and run by Gwen Courtman.  Gwen is British but has been living in Italy for over 18 years. Gwen is a photographer and does all our wedding photographs as well as photographin foreign many Italian weddings in the area. Gwen will only photographegn weddings booked through Lake Garda Weddings.

We are Lake Garda's leading wedding planner. Our company started following the success of Gwen's own wedding in 2001. From there the company has grown each year. We have now opended a new office in the centre of Malcesine.

The majority of our weddings come through word of mouth and personal recommendation. We have arranged over 400 weddings so far.

On our photo gallery page you will see a selection of photographs of some of our weddings for summer 2007 & 2008. This page is updated regularly during the summer season.

We have an attention to detail that comes only from first hand experience of weddings in Italy. We arrange weddings for British and International couples wishing to celebrate their marriage in one of our spectacular locations.

We will take all the hard work out of getting married in Italy, and leave you to enjoy your day.

We have expert knowledge of Italy, particularly Lake Garda, the practicalities of marrying in Italy, local customs and an eye for detail that will ensure your wedding runs smoothly.

NEW RESORTS FOR SUMMER 2009

This year Gwen is being joined by husband and wife team Lorenzo & Ginny. Ginny & Lorenzo first began to consider becoming wedding planners  following their own overseas wedding for which they used a wedding organiser. Lorenzo has rekindled his passion for photography and following a course in wedding photography is building up his portfolio of work.

Having lived and worked in the south of Lake Garda for a combined 25 years they are ideally placed to cover the new resorts of Sirmione, Lonato Castle, Polpenazze and & Salo. They will also be putting to use their experience from their previous occupations to offer help with accommodation, transfers and excursions to any guests who may require it.
