Deborah provided truly outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. I would often email her with questions or requests for specific details, and no matter how big or small my enquiry was, she would almost always respond within a day or two. Her consistent communication, attention to detail and willingness to help gave me so much reassurance and peace of mind throughout the wedding planning journey.

We first visited Lake Garda in January 2025, when Deborah kindly made an exception to arrange a viewing of Malcesine Castle, despite it being closed to visitors during the winter months. Meeting Deborah in person, experiencing the breathtaking views from the castle and discovering the beauty of Malcesine itself made us 110% certain that this was where we wanted to get married, with Lake Garda Weddings by our side.

When we arrived in Malcesine, Deborah met with us the day before the wedding to go through the plans and ensure everything was in place for our special day. Her warm personality, kindness and approachable nature immediately put me at ease. I was especially happy that Deborah was also our wedding officiant. Having built such a lovely relationship with her over the two years of planning, it felt as though we had an extra wedding guest there with us, rather than simply the person conducting our ceremony. That personal connection made the day even more special.
