ReviewIf you want an amazing, magical, stress free, wedding in Italy then book with Lake Garda Weddings (LGW). WHAT A DAY we had! It was everything and more than we could of ever dreamt of and that was largely down to the professionalism, expertise and warmth of LGW especially Deborah, our wedding planner, who is quite frankly an angel on earth. We knew we wanted to get married in Lake Garda but we also knew we needed help arranging it, after a google search we came across LGW and we never looked back. I am not someone who trusts easily with others arranging things, but Deborah instantly put me at ease, her responses via email were swift, and she was on the ball with everything, even when we weren’t! She felt more like a friend, helping me make decisions with things like flowers etc. The legality side of getting married abroad can be a bit daunting, but LGW even made that a breeze, informing you step by step of all the forms you need to complete and where to send them and by when. They will chase you to make sure you are on track, so no worries there! On the day, I went and got my hair and make-up done with Tiziana, now I am fussy with things like this, but she totally got what I wanted and within a few minutes it was done, it all looked amazing and it lasted all day, and our wedding day was hot! We got the Tuk Tuk into town and well it was such a brilliant experience, everyone clapping and cheering as we went past. We got married at Captains Palace, it is an absolutely stunning building, we had a pianist and the acoustics were beautiful in there. The lake front gardens out the back make for some stunning photos. We then all hopped on a boat over to the reception, which was such a magical way to transport all our guests. Our reception was at La Voglia, stunning views, the BEST food, a beautiful terrace for guests to sit on and a dance area. The DJ is BRILLIANT, I did give him a Spotify list of what we would like, as music was so key to us, and he played it all and added in his own cool twist, he is also a saxophonist and played throughout evening, we and our guests loved it. All our guests were saying it is the best wedding they have ever been to. But the main piece of the day was Deborah, I didn’t have to worry about anything all day, she was quietly in the background, ushering us to where we should be and making sure things were on track, no request too big or too small. I can’t thank the team enough and I will miss you all, especially Deborah. We had the wedding of our dreams, relaxed, fun, happy, and full of love and all in the most stunning place on earth. Just book with LGW you will not regret it.
