We wanted to send our massive thanks to the whole team for all they did to make our wedding so fantastic.
I don’t know what to say that hasn’t been said in all your reviews, every one that we spoke to at LGW was friendly and helpful! Emails were always responded to very quickly and questions answered as if it was no problem at all. Anabel showed us around the town and introduced us to everyone and explained how the day would work when we went over to visit nine months before the wedding. I really appreciated that the team were happy to give their opinion on what works best but were also very happy to do it your way.
Graham had done a bit of research on Malcesine weddings before he even proposed or we had agreed where we would get married and decided that LGW looked like the ideal company to plan the wedding, and when I looked myself after we were engaged I can to the same conclusion as his entirely separately. Thankfully, our first impressions were correct and I cannot imagine anyone else doing a better job.
Our guests were all very complimentary of how efficient Gwen was with the group photos, getting people in and out very quickly. Any suggestions we had for pictures Gwen was very happy to accommodate, even some of the stranger ones from my bridesmaids. We have had so many compliments on the photos since we got back and there are some amazing pictures we will treasure forever. We were thrilled to get the pictures back so quickly as well, just the day after our wedding.
Sara was with us all day and did a brilliant job, our guests couldn’t believe that she was with us for so long and were full of compliments about her. Graham’s Mum said Sara ‘was brilliant, so calm, every detail was covered fantastically and she was a real gem’. While my sister referred to her as a ‘wedding ninja’, you wouldn't know she was there but very effective and efficient.
We had a truly amazing day and felt so confident leaving it all in the hands of the Lake Garda Wedding team that we did not suffer any of the usual wedding stresses and could just enjoy the planning process and more importantly the actual day.
